DH and I always go to Ingles on Thursdays when I get home from work. I work four 10 hour days and like to get the grocery shopping out of the way ASAP. He has noticed how much time I spend printing and cutting coupons. We usually spend between 110.00 and 120.00 per week for the two of us and three dogs. Well, I impressed him, the cashier and myself tonight. We purchased 45 items and the total was 119.92 before coupons. When the cashier started she commented on the fact that I had some really good coupons and wanted to know where I got them. I then told her about AFC and she wrote it down!! She told me she was a single mother and used coupons herself, but had never seen the good ones I had. After she took off all my coupons, my total was $90.01!!!! I was very happy and when we walked away, my DH told me he was glad I told her about AFC and hoped she joined!!! He congratulated me all the way home and it sure made my heart swell!!!
