FLIPS are now being allowed to be posted here as PDFs. We have had contact with FL and they have indicated that they are no longer pursuing having them removed from boards but are instead looking at changing their system to have these coupons attached to your club card. Until that happens, we will continue to allow them posted here as everyone else does.

What are FLIPs? FLIP = Food Lion Internet Printable coupons They're part of a weekly email sent by Food Lion.

Below are the various current FLIPs. Each LINK through Food Lion will work ONCE for each person.

The coupons are also posted as jpg files. Click on the coupon and it will open in another window. Right click and copy into a word document. If the coupon is huge, you can re-size in a word doc. To resize: first cut and paste into a word doc. The right click the coupon (in the word doc). Drop down box, choose FORMAT PICTURE. Another box will open. Click on SIZE tab. Make width = 5". Height should automatically change to 1.82" or 1.81".

I need your help to keep this list current. Please share the following information with us (by replying to this post):

• what type FLIPs you received
• their expiration dates
• the link in your email (click on your link, let new window pop open, don't hit print button - first copy URL from address box)
