If the machine was out of paper or something you could go to customer service if it was in the ad (which in this case, it's not so that probably won't help) and have them ring it up with a different register and void. Or some people say to call the Catalina company (I've never done this so I don't have the # or anything) and they're supposed to send you one in the mail?
