I'm not sure which SFW you are shopping - but I shop at Wheaton, MD - and the prices there are hands down cheaper overall for just about everything I've priced than at Giant, Safeway, and Superfresh. I don't have a Walmart close enough to me to make it worth my while to shop for groceries there...but I agree with momofmany. I cherry pick their Triples and bring home quantities of things for my stockpile. Today, it was the McCormick's spices, A1 marinade, and oodles of the Kraft Mac single serves which will be perfect for my son's lunches during the summer. Last time, it was free marcal paper napkins, and .09 bottles of worcestershire and mustard.

When they double $1 coupons it is the best time to go - but you must get there on the first or second day of the sale period or you are S.O.L.
