I don't shop much at Shoppers, so I don't know how their prices are compared to Bloom. I like Bloom b/c I know where everything is and usually know their prices. I'm going to Shoppers this weekend to take advantage of triples. Since you can do $1 doubles, I would suggest using those first since you can't use those very often. Sorry I'm not very helpful.
