The only $4 RR advertised for a Walgreens item is the Omeprazole acid reducer, advertised in 3 out of the 5 weekly ads for this month(and not this week strangely enough so it could be a unadvertised monthly RR).

So with some excellent combined detective work, I am pretty confident in saying that it was for the Walgreen's brand Omeprazole acid reducer.
