I found a mystery $2 RR on the ground in the parking lot from Kimberly Clark a couple weeks ago and never figured out what generated it and added it anyways. So I'll add yours too.
Saw you posted some info on SD too with regards to the barcode so now I have the manu code info too. I assume it just says "Thank You for Your Purchase." So there is absolutely no reimbursement address on it? That is located at part "D" in my graphic on the first post. That would be the last piece of data missing.
