You'll need to be over the required amount needed for the coupon (in this case $30) unless you have a cashier who will push the coupon through for you -- you'll be $.02 short to begin with.

And, you won't get cash back (overage) so you will be forced to buy something to make up that amount. Look through the free/cheap thread to see if there's something that has an ECB offer.
