The first thing I think of is to freeze them because I don't know a lot of recipes with strawberries but I do like to make smoothies. I cut them in half and put them on a cookie sheet covered with wax paper. This goes in the freezer until the strawberries are frozen (a couple hours). Then you can put them in a bag in the freezer. This way, the strawberries won't be stuck together.
