The AFC Buddy was available to you to answer questions about coupons, how to get around AFC, help w/specific stores, etc. The program is currently being overhauled and is supposed to start up again sometime in the (near?) future. In the meantime, newbies shouldn't be afraid to ask questions anywhere in the forums or Cry For Help forum, especially. It's been very helpful to people who are new to forums and more shy about jumping in.
