OK I have a Question.. This may sound stupid.
At CVS, to earn the ECB's. Say the add says Spend $15 to earn $5 ECB. Is this after the coupons or just the purchase price?? I think I know but just a bit confused.. Meaning if I have MF coupons is the price after those?
