I agree wholeheartedly with getting to know your shopper. Tracie is dear to me and knows it! I have learned she likes movies and so I take her small gift cards to blockbusters or to the local cinema and she truly appreciates it. And I win. She'll even tell me when white potatoes are not good or swap larger quantities when it will save me money. She also does not question my coupons. I appreciate that!
