The ads are different between regions and also sale weeks are different. I'm in Cedar Rapids and don't get our ad until Wed (even tho the sale starts on Tues). I check out the Des Moines ad online on Tuesdays and a lot of times our ad does not have what is in their ad. The CR sales go from Tues-Mon but I think the IA City sale, even though the same ad, goes from Mon-Sun. Could they make it any more confusing to get a list together? 
I also go to Fareway mainly for their meat department.
