Their "policy" states that they will take competitor money off the total order q's but will not triple them. It also states that they competitor q's have to be from a circular or direct mail...no competitor IP's.
Some harris teeters have been known to deviate from the corporate policy on some things...like using 2 q's for BOGO items (wish mine would do that)...so when in doubt they best bet would be to ask at customer service what their policy is on it at your store.
