I believe it is intended for those of us that can find really great deals and share with others, and not get the rude comments that some members can give out.
Some of us have different views in the stockpiling area, and in the new forum we can brag about our trips and what we have found with out any bashing from others and having to defend ourselves to others.
But, that's just how I interpet the new forum.
