We have a Super One here as well. I was pleased to learn that they accept BOTH manufacturer's and their store coupons on the same item. They have GREAT B1G1F and 10 for $10 sales quite frequently. In addition to the coupons in their weekly circular, they also send the coupon books out about once every other month.
I did a comparison shopping trip between Wal-Mart and Super One when our Wal-Mart expanded to the Wal-Mart Superstore. My first trip then was to Wal-Mart. The next time I went grocery shopping, I went to Super One and took my Wal-Mart receipt with me. I noted the Super One prices for the same items on the Wal-Mart receipt. They are VERY comparable to one another with some items being within just a few pennies more at Wal-Mart and others being just a few pennies more at Super One. They are comparable in price.
The customer service at our Super One is very good. The staff is very helpful and courteous.
