BTW, uscanning other stores' cats didn't work for me at one Jewel, because they were high value and since I needed "assistance", CS opened the box to look at them and told me no, they only take other stores cats if they're for a specific item...... so for me, it's a case of knowing which Jewel is ok with which cats.... sheesh..... | It is Jewels policy to accept them. On your next shopping order as well as specfic items. If you plan to have more RRs to use at Jewel you may need to consider wrting corp.
Same for your Dominicks. I don't have a letter, I called when Gurnee was acting up and customer support called them. I also met with the store manager and the store gave less problems in general after that.
