Perishable foods goto Mgr special anytime the week of the exp date.
NON perishables goto Mgr specials when an items get discontinued or they have to much to store.
Kroger is GREAT for marking things down! b/c they change products often.
Watch out for Soaps, MORE HBA, First Aid markdowns
