My experience with electronic q's are that they are deducted along with the item as it's scanned, while paper q's are deducted at the bottom of the receipt. I was able to use both for the same item on my last shopping trip (2/14), which was the first time using electronic q's. Now, my question (which may be answered with today's shopping trip) is whether Kroger's computer will deduct not only shortcuts.com q's, but also cellfire.com along with paper q's. I read somewhere that the number of offers (which I read to mean q's) may be limited on certain items. Suppose it's an item by item issue. Anyway, here are my planned combination savings for my upcoming trip to Kroger:
Betty Crocker potatoes -.40 cellfire, -.35 shortcuts
Betty Crocker Brownie mix -.75 cellfire, -.50 manu
Cheerios Snack Mix -.60 cellfire, -.60 manu
Colgate toothpast -1.00 cellfire, -.75 manu
Cottonelle -.25 cellfire, -.50 manu (dbl)--however, this may not work as Kroger doesn't give you the overage like Target and some other places, and Cottonelle 4 packs are only .99
Huggies -3.00 cellfire, -1.50 shortcuts
Pillsbury Toaster Studel -.50 cellfire, -.50 shortcuts, -.35 manu (dbl)
Pillsbury Grands Biscuits -.50 cellfire, -.30 manu (dbl)
