First a question for the mods or admin or forum leader. Is it possible to make a seperate forum for Discount Drug Mart? I know it is Ohio only, but I would be willing to put up the deals from the flyers. (Make a shopping list)

Okay I am going to start what I have found out about coupons and rainchecks:
Coupons

They accept manufacture's coupons. They do NOT accept IP's at my location, but headquaters says it varies by store.
(next 3 paraghraphs are from headquaters!)

Our coupon policy basically comes down to: If the Mfr. coupon scans through our registers it is accepted. If not, it is not accepted. A Manager must approve ALL FREE coupons. As far as using more than 4 coupons for the same item; that would be up to the discretion of the Store Manager as well, as he/she is the one with first hand knowledge of a given situation. For "Mass Coupons" a customer may be required to provide their Name, Address and Phone Number. (FYI from me: I used 12 q's in one transaction (10 were exactly the same) and it went through fine and no questions asked and no name or anything required.)

From time to time we also receive Fraudulent Coupon alerts from Manufacturers when their systems are breeched and unauthorized illegal spreading of fraudulent copies of their coupons are posted on websites and e-mailed. When we receive these alerts, we of course do not accept the coupons involved.

With all of the factors involved, I’m sure you understand why we rely on our Managers to make the final judgment call.

As far as the Courtesy Cards: We are currently working on adding additional benefits. As soon as they are finalized we will have them posted on our website and more than likely, our weekly ads.

They do NOT have a limit on the number of same coupons you can use. YMMV, but at my store they don't. If you have 12 coupons for an item, you an buy 12 itms and use the coupons! (Also a store mamnger thing.)

They do not double coupons.

Rainchecks

They do give out rainchecks.

The rainchecks are good for 30 days after the sale ends. Just ask the cashier when you are checking out.

Discount Card

Discount Drug Mart has a Courtesy Plus Card (CPC)

Has the following benefits:

Pay your utility payments at customer service
Courtesy Checking
Video Rental
Special Offers
Use your card to win prizes
Get Well Wish (If you have a child that gets a prescription (new or renewal and 12or under you will get one free video rental.)
They frequently add other services and benefits to the card, checks ads and in store for more details.
