My community has recycling trailers for all recycling and it also has paper recycling only dumpsters. I don't jump in, I just reach in and grab what I can, and if I can't grab it with my hands I use the GRABBER that my DM got me for Christmas. (I am serious, she did get it for me for Christmas. She is my biggest fan for getting extra inserts!!  )
I haven't bought a newspaper at all in 2 months. There is some inserts that I have 15-20 of easily. I share these with DM and a very dear friend who got me into couponing.
The friend said that it was 'the best gift' she has ever recieved!!
