OK, well it's definitely freezable. Here is the email I got back from Wholly Salsa:

We received your question on whether you can freeze our Wholly Salsa. Yes you can! The best way to freeze: put the package directly in the freezer. There is no need to take it out of its original container. It actually freezes much better when you don't. Wholly Salsa will stay good in your freezer for up to 12 months.

To thaw, place the frozen package in your refrigerator for 1 - 2 days. However, if you need to thaw and use immediately, you can submerge the tub (not the outter cardboard package) in cool water for about 45 minutes to 1 hour to thaw.

I do want to make you aware that once thawed, you will notice some extra water and some separation of the tomatoes. No need to worry! It will taste the same and will be completely safe to eat.

I hope this helps! If I can be of further assistance, please let me know.

Thanks for your email. We truly appreciate your business.
