Cheap-geek (love that moniker!) good luck to you too! I was lucky that I could take mine off the market and just sit on it for a while. My daughter is living in it for now, so that will be fun when I have to throw her out!
I do love my new house-fancy foot work and a huge mortgage until I sell the other one, but worth it. Thank God for coupons!
