OK - so I literally just threw away like 5 jars of salad dressing that the best buy date was Nov 08 - Dec 08. I'm assuming from reading this that I should take them out of the garbage as they are still good??? They aren't open yet. Now I wonder - once I open them - how long will they be good for in the fridge if they are already opened past their best buy date???
