Yes, both of the Maybelline products will count towards your $25 for the RR....then the register will deduct the lowest priced item at the end, much like a coupon...However, if you do a transaction with just Maybelline...be sure and throw in an amount that will cover any overage you may be getting back from giving 2 of the $4 Qs...HTH
