Banana Bread
3 1/3 cups of sugar
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/3 cup oil
3 cups mashed bananas
2 tsp vanilla
2 tsp baking soda
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
4 1/2 cup flour
1 1/3 cup buttermilk
2 cups chopped nuts (optional)

Beat sugar and oil together until well blended. Add beaten eggs, bananas, and vanilla. Blend well. In large bowl add nuts, flour, baking powder, salt, and baking soda. Blend well and add banana mixture to it. Stir with wooden spoon only until flour disappears. Don't beat. Blend in buttermilk. Pour into greased and flour pans. Bake about 40-45 minutes at 350^. Turn out on racks ... turning over on bottoms to cool completely.

Make 2 big loaves! or about a dozen little one!

This recipe is soooo yummy. Dense and very moist!
