Thanksgiving EASY Recipes??

This will be my first Thanksgiving attempting to cook mostly by myself. My grandmother just had a second knee surgery and we are staying/visiting her for the holiday. She has a tiny kitchen but wants to stay at home. She is a great cook and I have quite a bit to live up to. She goes over board with the food-mostly by quantity. I am hoping to make some great dishes but not a lot. There will only be at most 8 adults and one child
But I need help. Can you suggest some great tasting but easy recipes? Also any tips on preparing and keeping things warm are also appreciated. I was thinking about buying a turkey from Honeybaked Ham/Boston Market/Heavenly ham also-other than the cost-(eek!)-what do you think?

So many questions so little time right?

Thank you sooo much in advance.
