Ways to get extra insert coupons
People ask me all the time “Where do you get so many coupons?”. Because I sometimes use 100 or more of the same coupon in a transaction, I have to have several ways to be able to get multiple coupons and am going to list a few. I’m sure there are many other ways.
(1) The obvious way to get more coupons is to buy more newspapers. This might be good for some but I am cheaper than that. I have to admit in the beginning I did buy a few extra papers to get the coupons, but not anymore.
(2) Trade for extra coupons, whether it be on AFC’s FSOT forum or on a local coupon group. My friends and I have a local Yahoo coupon group where we discuss deals and also have a wishlist of coupons we are looking for. I just dropped off Surf coupons to one of the ladies at the convenience store where she works on the weekends.
